In order to enhance communication between colleagues and strengthen team cohesion, Xiamen Ruicheng recently organized an unforgettable group building activity. During this activity, we not only laughed a lot, but also deepened the understanding and trust between each other.
Our group building activity took place in a beautiful village. December 23, 2023.We had an energetic and exciting schedule for the day.
First, each member of the team tried their hand at golf, an exciting experience that added a different kind of fun and excitement to our reunion. Golf was a brand new experience for the team mates. We learned the correct swing position, hitting skills and strategies through the guidance of professional coaches. Everyone tried their best to hit the ball into the distance, filled with pride and sense of accomplishment.
Next, we experienced the shooting activity. On the shooting range, we put on our goggles and gripped our guns to meet this new challenge.We received guidance from professional coaches and learned the correct posture and operating techniques. Everyone tried their best to put the bullets in the bull's eye, constantly adjusting and improving their posture and aiming point.
The third activity,The real CS field activity not only tested our reaction speed and strategic thinking, but also cultivated the communication and collaboration between teams. We were divided into two opposing teams and made tactics and plans to fight for the occupation and defense of the stronghold. Everyone played a different role, some were responsible for reconnaissance, some for cover and some for attack. We needed to target our opponents accurately, make quick decisions and work closely with our team members to achieve victory. Everyone encouraged each other and worked together during the game, showing the team's fighting power and cohesion.
Finally, we ended this fulfilling and exciting day's trip with a mountain climbing activity. We all put on our proper hiking gear and set off to the magnificent mountain ranges.
This group building activity not only let us spend a pleasant time, but also consolidated the cohesion of our team. We understood each other's strengths and specialties better and established a closer cooperation relationship. This will help us work better together and achieve more in our work.
